Standard Terms & Conditions

- Standard lead-time is one week unless otherwise arranged.
- Prices are FOB our facility.
- Prices are good for 30 days.
- Terms are net 30 unless otherwise agreed. If the balance is not paid within the net terms, customer is responsible for payment of 1.5% interest per month (18% annual), collection fees and reasonable attorney’s fees in connection with an attempt to collect any balance due and owed.
- Orders do not go into production until we receive a hard copy (fax, email, etc.) of your purchase order.
- All new wood products are manufactured from North American hardwoods unless otherwise specified.
- Delivered quantities may vary slightly due to the nature of the manufacturing process (i.e., 437 or 445 instead of 440). You will be invoiced for the quantity delivered.
- For pallet products standard dimensional tolerance in the cut process is 0.25” for pallet products unless otherwise specified. Wood will shrink up to 1% as it dries
- For crate products standard dimensional tolerance is 0.125”. Shrinkage is typically not a factor.
- Portland Pallet & Crate is an ISPM 15 Certified heat treatment facility. All heat treated products are stamped accordingly
- We guarantee our products. If at any time there is a problem please notify us immediately.
